So we just had Dilla week, commemorating the third year of the Producer-MC’s passing and what would have been his 35th birthday. ‘Twas nice to see a jam go down by the guys at Grindin (who donated coin to the Ma Dukes Foundation) and finally the release of Suite For Ma Dukes on Mochilla, which features orchestral versions of Antiquity (Dwight Trible) and Fall In Love (Slum Village) as well as the previously released Nag Champa and Find A Way, plus you can ‘Raise It Up For Ma Dukes’ on a new Parra designed tee shirt.
